Full Encyclopedia Entry ▼
The Foundry burns day and night with infernal heat as blacksmiths, artisans, and rune-smiths shape molten metal into masterpieces of war and craft. Mechanically, the Foundry produces 15 Coal per tick (1.15x scaling), consumes 5 Wood maintenance per tick, and provides city-wide production bonuses (+10% Mineral, +15% Coal). Construction requires 350 Gold, 250 Wood, 150 Stone, 100 Mineral (1.2x scaling) and Metallurgy research. The Foundry bridges early-game wood economy to late-game coal-based industry.
